Wordzen service interruption / Boomerang issues

  1. We experienced a three-hour service interruption yesterday, from approximately 6:00 p.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. EST on July 13, 2015, due to a hung database process. If you clicked the "Smart Send" button during this interval to have an email edited, proofread, or drafted, you likely received a status message at the top of your browser saying that Wordzen couldn't find an account for you and that your message had been saved in your Gmail account as a Draft. I apologize for this issue. Future releases of Wordzen will include more descriptive errors.
  2. Several users have reported that the "Smart Send" button disappears if they also have the popular Boomerang Gmail browser extension installed. The Boomerang button and the Wordzen button are competing for the same button space within the Gmail interface, and Wordzen is losing. We are aware of this issue and are about to release an update within the next few days, which should resolve the conflict. I'll update you once again when this new version is ready.
