New Feature: Non-Gmail users can now have their emails proofread

Even if you're not a Gmail user, you can now use the power of Wordzen to have your emails proofread and sent with perfect English. We've created a special email address, edit@wordzen.com. Any emails sent to this address will be edited and sent back to the sender.

Therefore, if you use any of the other myriad of email clients or business email services, such as Outlook with Exchange, Apple Mail, or Yahoo Mail, there is now a facility by which you can have your emails edited too. Granted, using the email-to-edit method isn't nearly as seamless as clicking the "Smart Send" button in your Gmail or Google Apps account to have your emails edited.

This workaround necessitates that you follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to edit@wordzen.com with the content you'd like proofread
  2. Wait for a response from the editor, usually which will arrive within ten minutes
  3. Copy/paste the edited version into a new email to your recipient

As Wordzen gains more traction in the market, we plan on offering greater and tighter integrations with non-Gmail platforms.
